We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, regardless of condition or reason. Please ensure that you review your order carefully, including sizes, colors, and product descriptions, before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist you quickly, we require the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product.
  • Your order number and proof of purchase.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing or shipping defect, we will work with our supplier to provide a resolution. This may include a replacement, a partial refund or a FULL refund, depending on the circumstances. 

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and, if applicable, provide further instructions.

Customer Responsibility

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Customs and Duties: Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
